1. Laugh. Loud. Y’know those people, who laugh from their guts, who throw their heads back, and truly laugh? We can learn a lot from those people. Those people who let joy touch their hearts to intimately and excitedly, they spread joy. Those people will arguably live ten years longer than those who refuse to feel happiness so intensely, regardless of the laugh lines they accumulate. Laugh lines are gifts. Frown lines are kind of terrifying.

2. Now, don’t laugh. If someone says something that isn’t funny, you don’t have to laugh. Life’s too short to surround yourself with people who tell mediocre/offensive/plain bad jokes and stories. There’s cool folks out there who share your sense of spirit, but it’s your job to get out there and find ’em.
